Here at SAC, Zane Kelly provides supplemental training for professional and amateur athletes of all sports. While Kelly is certified by the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) as a personal trainer, his devotion to athleticism runs much deeper. For the majority of his life and through college, Kelly was a successfully competitive baseball player. His passion for the sport continues as he currently head coaches a local college prep team. Kelly’s heart is still on the field, and you can see it through the love and focus he dedicates to his personal training.
For over 10 years, Kelly has trained people of all ages and fitness levels. In an effort to improve youth athletics at a reasonable cost, Kelly has developed an innovative program called ‘Athletes In Motion’ (AIM). Kelly’s mission with AIM is to provide top quality, SPARQ (Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, Quickness) training to young athletes, ages 8 to 18, so they can develop the reflexes, stamina, strength, health, and passion required in becoming dominant forces in the sports they love to play. While tight in focus, AIM is broad in scope, making it adaptable to all sports and the positions within them.
Zane Kelly’s training techniques are proven to help athletes increase their productivity and results on and off the field, court or track. Kelly has a wealth of knowledge and a full understanding of sport specific training. He has a proven track record of developing and executing strength and conditioning programs that are relied on by elite and novice athletes alike.
Bill Bowerman once said, “If you’ve got a body, you’re an athlete.” If you’re working with Kelly, he will make you a better one.
