Jason Mead has been a personal trainer since 2002, incorporating his education in both chemistry and Exercise Science (B.S., University of 0regon 2001).
Jason has always been a “gym rat,” loving the benefits of physical fitness. His belief in working out is, that it enables a person to enjoy real-world applications.
Jason has enjoyed the challenges outside the gym of hiking,mountaineering, and camping. A recent summit of Kilimanjaro (February 2010) is a testament to his pursuit of fitness and beyond.
Jason’s goal is to motivate others to a higher standard.
