Joni Neilson has been a certified Personal Trainer for the past seven years. She enjoys helping her clients reach their full potential and giving them the confidence and motivation they need to accomplish their goals.
Joni specializes in weight management, strength conditioning, sports performance and nutrition for athletes and healthy living. Her experience includes time spent as a high school volleyball coach and Water Safety Instructor.
She loves working out with weights and cardio. As well as enjoying outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking and water skiing. Joni participates in many local races; Race for the Roses, Hood-to-Coast, Shamrock Run and the Portland Marathon.
